Imagine you have been asked as a consultant to intervene in an organisation in order to create a culture of social responsibility, answer the following:
Design a programme on Social Responsibility for an organisation of your liking. This could be for a small or large organisation, located in a small town or large global capital, etc.
In order to help in the creation of such culture consider the following:
1. Analyse/diagnose the main issues associated with the transformation of an organisation into a socially responsible entity.
2. Design a plan and strategies for creating such culture.
3. Describe how you will implement it.
It is important, as a consultant, when you construct your analysis, design and implementation strategies that you think specifically in one type of organisation or community that can help you in this task. The above suggestion may not limit your own creativity whereby you may decide to take a complete different route to address this issue.
