Using the procedure known as ‘process mapping’, describe how you would resolve an issue within your patient related work environment or non patient context that requires improvement.
Using the principles of operations management map your process to represent the current situation
Critically analyse your current process with a view to optimizing the process to meet defined quality
Based on your analysis of the current state, suggest possible improvements and represent your redesigned process. Provide data to support your suggested improvement.
Apply the characteristics and techniques of project management in your assignment
Reflect on your experience of completing this assignment project.
