Peer-reviewed journal articles include American Journal of Criminal Justice, Crime and Delinquency, Criminal Justice and Behavior, Criminology, Justice Quarterly, and MANY more. An annotated bibliography is a list of references. Each reference is followed by a brief (at least 150-word) descriptive and evaluative paragraph, the annotation. Your work should summarize, evaluate, and analyze the article. The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the sources cited. The annotated bibliography assignment will be graded using the course-writing rubric so make sure that you use the writing rubric as a checklist to guide you.
