We would recommend that you critically consider 2 leadership theories.

To articulate the effective leadership actions for leading and managing care
To be able to compare and contrast at least two theories, of your choice, for a healthcare environment in your field of practice
To recognize the complexity of the environment that you are leading and managing care within
To explore any policy guidance for the NHS that contributes to effective team work or patient experience
