All the four types of organization culture will be brought forth in this speech. It has been noted that in the modern business environment, there is no single best culture, each organization works well with a hybrid of various cultural orientations. It will be appropriate if I clarify what organizational culture means; basically, it refers to set of values, norms, attitudes, experiences, perceptions and beliefs that are unique to an organization. It is practiced from two broad levels; individual and collectively.
