Your essay should describe your chosen decision making approach using existing literature and illustrate how this approach is currently being used in practice using real world examples. Your essay should also discuss the extent to which this approach is superior to traditional organizational decision making practices, highlighting any potential pitfalls with this new approach and suggesting possible strategies for overcoming these pitfalls.
