Effect of Electrical Loadings on the emissions characteristics from micro generators
The aim of the project is to undertake experimental investigation to establish the effects of electrical loading in the distributed small power generating systems on the emission characteristics. The aim will be achieved by successfully achieving the following specific objectives:
1. To research diesel emissions, their constituents, legislation, effects on air pollution
2. To measure the electrical loading effects on the small diesel power generators performance
3. To choose a particular emission constituent and develop an experiment to measure this against electrical loading
4. To perform the experiment, analyse and present the results in the scientific format
5. To capture the relationship in a model
