If the disease is left unattended to the patient will develop complications later on, (Block, 1997) this is because the tympanic membrane is inflamed and has blisters, it eventually raptures allowing pus to flow from the middle ear and drain to the other ear canal. The Otitis Media disease is caused by the infection of the inner parts of the ear were pathogens such as fungus, bacteria or virus get into the ear infecting the inner parts of the ear, and causing the disease.
