Overview: The purpose of this assignment is to provide students with an opportunity to apply the course knowledge and concepts of Leadership and Change Management to an assigned case study. Students will explore the case and change management concepts by answering critical thinking questions and by preparing a report of their findings.

This is a paired assignment (2 students per group) where students will submit

one (1) report. Value: 10% of MGMT4010 final course grade (both group members will receive the same grade) Assignment Instructions:

1. Each group will be assigned one (1) case by the instructor on 31 May.

2. Read your assigned case. You are most welcome (and encouraged) to review any external related material of your choice as applicable and relevant to the case; specifically, on the leadership and change management aspects.

3. On the day of the assignment, please bring a laptop to class.

4. Work together with your group member to critically answer the questions provided by your instructor.

5. Prepare a 2-3 page case analysis report on your laptop (this excludes the title page and references).

6. Adhere to APA formatting while typing your report.

7. One group member is to submit the report via the designated D2L Dropbox by the end of the class.

8. Your submissions will be analyzed through Turnitin, and any instance of academic dishonesty (including, but not limited to improper citation, plagiarism, and AI-generated text) would result in an appropriate penalty.

Note: The instructor reserves the right to meet with individual students and assess their knowledge of the case and analysis.
