ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT
This module is designed to equip students with the skills and resources for thinking critically about organisational change and development. Students will be introduced to -- and encouraged to critically interrogate -- a range of perspectives on `change` and forms of intervention from across a broad spectrum of social science disciplines and real world case studies, applying them to the core problematics of change management on both micro and macro levels. The meaning, purposes and interests underlying processes of change, as well as its agents, along with sources and theories of resistance are also considered.
