Your education program should include a specific issue you wish to address that requires training / education. It should also link to a specific risk mitigation strategy.
The education training program should include a pre-assessment. (drawn from the case) and a description of the program in terms of content, length of delivery and participants. Furthermore it should include the outcomes to be achieved by the program and how that outcome aligns with your change management plan.
