and incorporated within the report which should be formal.
Within the body of the report explain what tools will be used at each stage of the customer journey
in order to improve their online experience.
You will create 3 pieces of digital marketing content to support customers on their online journey and
identify at what stage in the journey this content will be employed. Content must be created digitally
and supported by an explanation of insight tools that will be used to measure campaign outcomes.
