In your critique, you may either choose a management strategy from the place in which you live, or choose one from the supplied list of places, available on the Cloud. Essentially, you should consider the following points in your critique: Outline of the place or centre you have chosen, and the change that has occurred. What are/were the core issues driving the change/s? Outline the management strategy (in dot point form). Which parties or departments were involved in the management strategy? Did the management strategy successfully achieve its goals? o If not successful, which aspects of the management strategy were not achieved and why? o If successful, which aspects of the management structure lead to the overall success most?
