Pick a business in your country (eg. supermarket, bank, service station, etc.) and describe in about 500 words in your journal entry on Interact2, the role of information AND communication technologies in their everyday business operations.
Substantiate your claim above (importance/impact role of communication in a business), with references to similar cases available in journals which explains the value of this information to the organisation. Include information of any business project (small/large) and any IT outsourcing activity.
