For this assignment you are required to write an essay on one of the following topics:
- To what extent might organisational structure influence group dynamics and team working in a 21st century organisation?
- How might the individual personalities of employees affect the level of job satisfaction which exists in an organization?
- Is there a clearly identifiable relationship between the psychological contract and employee motivation?
- Essay style – no headings or sub-headings.
- Use Harvard referencing conventions – see guide in SurreyLearn.
- Do not use a table of contents.
- Conclusions should be clear – this section should commence with, “In conclusion…..”
Markers should mark using the basis of assessment on p.2 and the grading guide on p.3. A mark should be given for each section and the total mark should be a sum of the section marks. General comments should be written in the section provided. Feedback comments should be legible.
