You are required to complete the tasks listed below and then submit a 2000 word academic essay addressing the following statements:
“Traditional forms of organisation structure are not suitable for leading and managing contemporary organisations.” Discuss.
Whichever essay you choose your answers should
- critically comment on the statement
- reinforce your arguments with reference to appropriate theory and practice
- acknowledge the existence of different perspectives
- include in text citations and a reference list presented in the Harvard format (although the reference list is not included in the word count).
- The reference list should contain a variety of relevant sources however, no more than 20% references to websites (n.b. sources from the library databases are not websites)
