Week 2 DB: What can policy accomplish in health communication?

This discussion board follows a multi-step process. The students must collaborate in order to make it work. Each must do his/her part and do it on time.

1. Wednesday: Students make an initial post on the potential (or lack thereof) for health policy to improve or interfere with communication between providers and consumers. The post may touch on policy at any level- state, federal, organizational. Make a connection between the proposed policy, health communication, and a target outcome such as patient compliance.
