Using any other scenario than the one mentioned above will result in a zero

for the assignment.

Use professional eMail formatting, including the sender’s contact information and the company’s inside address information, for the assignment. Be sure to do the following:

1. 1)  Address the eMail to the individual mentioned in the scenario you chose from above. (You will, of course, send the email to me at my Texas State eMail address.)
2. 2)  The eMail will come from you as the company representative
3. 3)  At the end of the eMail, show your complete personal signature: your

name and contact information

1. 4)  You must put the assignment information in the Subject area of the eMail.
2. 5)  And, most important, do your best to both save the customer and follow

company policy. This means you must clearly justify your decision.
