Assignment 2: Individual Oral Presentation
In this assignment, you are required to give a 15-minute Individual Oral Presentation followed by 5-minute questions and answers. In the presentation, you must incorporate a critical evaluation of key theories and link them to your current workplace or a business of your choosing. This is an academic presentation and there should be a strong supporting reference to key theories and models of leadership and project management that you have applied during this module.
The areas that you need to consider in your presentation comprise the following:

Identify the relationship and relevance of leadership in project management in your chosen business. You must consider the different types of leadership styles and the role they play during project execution.

Demonstrate the impact that project planning and project execution can have on your chosen business (potential risks, conflicts, and uncertainties) early in the process and include robust examples.

Analyse the drivers of organisational change and the key role that leaders can play in promoting change and collaborative work.
•
Identify the projects in your chosen organisation that could be affected by change and evaluate their potential impact. Support your evaluation using appropriate models/frameworks.
•
Describe how internal changes, such as shifts in organisational strategic direction, can impact planning and project execution.
