Introduction
According to Oguntibeju, Truter, & Esterhuyse (2013), taking the right amount of fruits and vegetables is a crucial part of people`s healthy diet while low intake of fruits and vegetables exposes the body to chronic diseases such as cancer, stroke and other heart diseases. There are several researches that have been done by different people which reveal that the adequate consumption of fruits and vegetables can prevent 20 % of cancer attacks on people throughout the world CITATION PBC94 l 1033 (PB, E, J, & ZI, 1994). Thus, there should be emphasis of having the right amount of different types of fruits and vegetables each day.
