Weaknesses: Identify 4 weaknesses from your personality type, and discuss what you may do to address these weaknesses. [5 marks]
6.
Leadership Development Plan: From #4 and #5 above, identify 4 areas that you wish to further develop, and discuss how you might achieve that. It could be enhancing a strength or improving an area of weakness. [4 marks]
7.
Careers: Identify 4 careers that suit this personality. Does either of these suits your intended career path? Or do you think the personality type suit your career path? Explain. [4 marks]
