The second assessment is an individual essay and case analysis which assesses students’ academic knowledge acquisition and their ability to critically evaluate and apply theory to people performance and reward practice(s).
Second Assessment will be a 3,000-word essay (70% of total) which involves the investigation and critical analysis into the effectiveness of performance management and reward strategies using organisation examples and academic sources. As part of your answer you should consider the micro/macro environment and ethical, responsible and sustainable practices within performance and reward strategies.
1. Critically examine the influence of micro and macro contexts on organisational and people performance / reward management.
3. Critically evaluate contemporary organisational and people performance / reward strategy and practice in context.
4. Critically evaluate the ethical, responsible and sustainable practice and outcomes of organisational and people performance / reward strategy and practice.
