The assessment is a portfolio which documents your personal development over the course
A reflective portfolio with 3 elements: -
Elements 1 & 2 (700 words each element +/-10%)
- Reflection of relevance & competence in coaching OR reflection of relevance & competence of leadership and potential for development.
- Refer to your aspirational job application, your current skills, and areas for development.
- Reference list with maximum of 5 individual relevant references – do not include any sources you have not referred to in your submission.
- Reflection of relevance & competence of Emotional Intelligence including your results from the Emotional Intelligence Inventory.
- Refer to your aspirational job application, your current skills, and areas for development.
- Reference list with maximum of 5 individual relevant references – do not include any sources you have not referred to in your submission.
- Include your personal results from the EI inventory and make clear reference to those results.
Element 3 1000 Word (+/- 10%).
Reflective review
- Overview of career goal, identified gaps with potential to include the results from the “Career Interest Inventory”
- Identified qualities needed to progress in your chosen career
- Personal / professional development plan including how you will use these skills and qualities in your current programme.
- Relevant reference list.
