Talk to upper management in the organization if possible. Prepare a profile that lists the five most serious challenges facing your organization today and in the next three years. These challenges can be risks to your organization. For each challenge, determine if there is a design or structure option that could help the organization adapt and mitigate the risk. Develop a plan with alternative options to best meet these challenges.
