Overview:
For this assessment, you will develop an innovation and digital transformation strategy for your own organization, or any organization of your choice. The strategy should demonstrate your ability to critically evaluate the ethical impact of innovation and digital technologies, explore their use for organizational development, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Task Description:
You are required to write a 3,000-word report on innovation and digital transformation strategy project for either your current workplace or an organization of your choice. If you are not currently employed or prefer not to use your workplace, you may select any organization that interests you and for which you can find sufficient public information.
Your report should:
1. Analyse the current state of your organization (or the case study organization) in terms of its use of innovation and digital technologies. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
2. Critically evaluate the ethical impact of the existing and proposed innovations and digital technologies on the organization and its stakeholders.
