1) Create a recorded10-minute individual presentation on developing and delivering a comprehensive rationale for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Well-Being initiatives for one of the following organisations:
- Amazon
- Lloyds of London
- Barclays Bank
- Uber
- Abercrombie & Fitch
- Boeing (airline)
Consider exploring the critical intersections of:
- EDI
- Well-being
- Inclusive culture
- Ethics and leadership.
Your rationale (reasons and justifications) for the Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Well-Being initiatives should include practical insights into:
- fostering an inclusive workplace
- promoting employee well-being
- building an ethical and leadership driven culture
- and integration of these elements for organisational success.
In your recorded presentation, please ensure that you:
- choose an organisation from the list provided and justify your choice in relation to developing and delivering a comprehensive rationale for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Well-Being initiatives.
- To support your presentation, you must use peer-reviewed journal articles, recognised statistics, and wider professional reports to develop your argument.

2) Additionally, you must submit a 1500-word written reflection evaluating how the knowledge, skills and behaviours you acquired during the module have contributed to your ability to conceptualise and implement effective EDI and well-being strategies within a corporate setting.
- The word count is 1500 words (+/- 10%). We expect you to remain within the required wordcount. WE STOP READING IF YOU GO OVER this Word Count limit.
- Citations and references should be in the APA 7 style.

We will not read drafts prior to submission. In each seminar we will discuss the approaches, concepts, and theories, etc. This will link to how you may use these materials in preparation for the presentation and reflection.
