Hayday Consultancy firm has been commissioned by the owner of Pasco Café, a small size café located on a busy high street between a railway station and offices and has regular customers from a local builder’s merchant.
Pasco Café a small high street café with 20 covers currently underperforming due to poor menus. The owner of Pasco Café would like to revise the menu to attract new customers whilst at the same time retaining its existing regular customers.
