Task 2 (500 words)
You are appointed as the manager of a sports club in London which uses “Blake and Mouton model of management”. Write a business letter to the CEO regarding the effectiveness of the management style followed by the organisation.
You are required to:
- Illustrate different styles of management and compare and state the style of management you would follow for a chosen organisation. (Marks:15)
- Give reasons for choosing that particular style of management. (Marks:5)
- Discuss the importance of using the management grid for identifying suitable style of management. (Marks:5)
