Introduction

DNA fragmentation is the separation of DNA strands into pieces. DNA is a hereditary material that carries genetic information in an individual responsible for development, growth, and reproduction and functioning. During DNA fingerprinting, the DNA strands have to be sliced on the target regions using restriction enzymes. Restriction endonucleases are enzymes that cut DNA strands at specific sites. The sites
