v  You are a Marketing Consultant tasked with creating uniquely designed Advertisements that increase the visibility of University of Doha Science & Technology’s NEW Masters degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship among its Targeted Market Segments, and promote the degree program being launched. 

The College of Business want you to focus on 3 potential market segments. The 1st is currently enrolled marketing students at UDST, and the 2nd is Alumni of UDST.  The 3rd target market are non UDST students /graduates, employed or seeking employment.

 

Each member will be responsible for the creation of their own content for UDST

 

Requirements

You must prepare a 2000 – 3000 word document that includes the following: (the word count is for the rational for everything in the requirement below

 

(1)    Customer Profile should reflect meaningful research into the traits of the target markets, their consumption patterns, and behaviour, providing a summarized profile of the target market with significant insights.

(2)    Design and produce 3 different Video Advertisements.  These video adverts can be created via free easy to use online resources like PowToons.com.  or use camera or your own Mobile phone to record an advert


Your advertisements must be eye catching and create a connection with the prospective target market and speak to them in their language.  Creativity is essential, but remember that clients want advertisements that stimulate curiosity, give information, and create awareness in the target market.

 

(3)    Design and produce 3 different Print Advertisements that can be used across the different communication mediums i.e. magazines, newspapers, billboards, stands, webpage banner etc. 

 

For example for current UDST marketing student I will do an instegram post say we choose this coz of the persona like it show their attribute use instgram more backup the rational with statistic on the age group and design to this persona, second one to the other segment and so on 3 different print ad on sutibale medium

Take into consideration that the different communication channels available will require varying levels of design (the content, messaging, aesthetics, appeals, and tones).

 

(4)    Design and produce 3 different Radio Adverts (write down the verbal content, and produce a tape recording or digital recording of the written content).  Consider the lengths of the ads.

 

(5)    Objective, message, content/copy, and supporting rationale of the advertisements must be fully explained and correctly justified in the report. 

Choice of imagery, colours, sounds, appeals used must be in sync with the objective and message of the advertisement.  The message must highlight what you want to communicate and why.


You must justify the created advert choices you make in the content you create and include it in the report. Explain the choices you made and why by linking it to the theory taken.  Media Adverts (explain your choice of colours, images, wording, sounds, effects, design etc.).
