Over several decades a great deal of valuable research has shown a relationship between nature exposure and wellbeing – it has often measured nature exposure in terms of visits and time in nature.
In your individual assessment, you need to reflect on the Nature walk you attended in week 9 at Markeaton Park and discuss whether the walk helped you form a connection with Nature. Describe how the walk made you feel and did that help you form a connection with nature? You also need to analyse whether the walk has made you realise the importance of nature and has motivated you to work towards achieving the UN SDG’s at an individual level.
