Your team has been asked by the Health and Care Partnership of the ICS to write an interim report on your work in developing effective teamwork. This should identify local challenges as well as those identified in the research literature and should make recommendations designed to deliver an integrated workforce culture focused on patient centred care. 

 

Students should follow the main structure outlined in the template,It is a compulsory that this template is used to complete the work.
