Part B: Case study (1500 words)

You will be presented with a case study and asked to answer a series of questions, drawing on current equality legislation, academic and practitioner literature.

This part of the assessment requires you to identify and explain how equality law relates to a specific employment issue presented in the case study. The task also requires you to evaluate how the fictional company should proceed, both the immediate steps and longer-term steps that the organisation should take. Your evaluation should take into account the practical challenges of ensuring that employees act fairly at work.
