o Considering the same issues as for E&W (above)
• Critically compare the similarities and differences between the two
o Ensure you consider not just what is the same/different, but also why this may be the case, with particular reference to the cultures, traditions, socio-political circumstances, governance and wider criminal justice structures in that country.
